Tele-Therapy for Adults
John W. Wilson, PsyD
Licensed Psychologist

Welcome To My Virtual Practice
Tele-therapy is ideal for reducing coronavirus exposure and eliminating commute time and traffic stress, and studies show it can be just as effective as in-person therapy. Video sessions are as simple as one click from your mobile or desktop device. My practice uses Zoom for Healthcare, a HIPPA-compliant platform for healthcare providers with end-to-end encryption for your privacy and security. Uncomfortable with video? After your first session, we can switch to phone sessions.

A Little About Me
I’ve been a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice since 2007. My education and clinical training come from Emory University, Georgia Institute of Technology, the Georgia School of Professional Psychology (all in Atlanta), and Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee.
I’m a regular guest lecturer at Emory University Schools of Medicine and Nursing and a member of both the Georgia and American Psychological Associations. I’m authorized by the PSYPACT Commission to practice telepsychology in participating states.
Some of my favorite things? Spending time with family and friends, focusing on health and fitness, making music, and being outdoors every chance I get.
